At Miracle Shoes, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we are here to help.
Returns
We accept return requests within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
Unworn, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.
Returned with the original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories, if applicable.
Free from signs of wear, damage, stains, perfume, or alterations.
For hygiene and quality reasons, shoes that have been worn outside or show visible signs of use cannot be returned.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for size or product changes, subject to availability.
If you need a different size or would like to exchange your item, please contact us with your order number and the item you would like to exchange.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your exchange as quickly as possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
Your order number
A clear photo of the item
A photo of the packaging
A short description of the issue
After reviewing your request, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the situation.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to appear on your bank or card statement, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake, such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Items that have been worn or used
Items without original packaging
Items with stains, damage, perfume, or signs of wear
Final sale or clearance items
Gift cards, if applicable
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may request a return after receiving it.
International Orders
For international orders, delivery times and return shipping costs may vary depending on your country. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their local authorities.
